Villa Terralsole

Our 3 Bedroom Guesthouse

Perched on a private hilltop on Montalcino’s southeast slopes and connected to the main Terralsole estate home by beautifully manicured gardens, guests enjoy a unique Tuscan winery experience. Terralsole is a family owned winery built by husband and wife Mario and Athena Bollag and their two daughters ages 5 and 11. The estate is also home to their two-quarter horses, friendly cat and includes a huge lap pool and acres of gardens and vines.

The space

Our guesthouse is located at the Terralsole winery estate in the middle of our vineyards. There are spectacular views in all directions and it is peaceful and secluded.  This 3 bedroom Villa with a common living area and kitchen makes for the prefect getaway for a small group of friends or a family.

Guest access

You have access to the guesthouse, the swimming pool, and the grounds.

Interaction with guests

Our family home is adjacent to the guesthouse, so we are often around and happily available to help you. However, please respect the privacy of our family home by knocking at the doors and not entering unannounced.

Other things to note

The road to get to the villa is partially a winding dirt and gravel road and we are located at the very end. Normal vehicles arrive without a problem, but extremely low profile cars must use care.

Breakfast ingredients are provided including toast, butter, jam, eggs, and fruit. Arrangements can be made for breakfast preparation as well as private chefs.

*10% tax and € 0,70 per person per night. Tourism tax not included.
