Terralsole Brunello di Montalcino 2012 Underbrush, grilled herb, new leather and spiced plum aromas lead the nose of this chewy Brunello. The palate doles out juicy black cherry, raspberry compote, licorice and pipe tobacco notes, framed by robust, fine-grained tannins. Despite the powerful structure and hefty alcohol, it has elegance.
Kerin O'Keefe Wine EnthusiastTerralsole Brunello di Montalcino 2011 The wine surprised me for its elegance and pretty mineral notes that characterize it. If you are looking to venture off the beaten track far beyond the most recognized Brunello brands, I highly recommend this estate. The wines deliver abundant grace and poise and evolve beautifully in the glass.Clean and steady with a medium garnet color and lean appearance. Focused on aromatic purity with wild cherry, cola, blue flower and moist earth that add a natural and genuine feel. Very subtle tones of tar and ash fill in the rear.

Elegant, transparent palate, almost Burgundian in style and with cherry and hints of dried fruit. Muscular tannins that never overwhelm the fruit. Distinct and original. Drink 2018-2030 17.5 Terralsole Brunello di Montalcino, Vigna Fonte Lattaia 2010 Mid ruby with broad orange rim.
